Parkerville Tavern
Wastewater Upgrade & Civil Works
The Parkerville Tavern, a well-known heritage venue in the Perth Hills, required a complete replacement of its wastewater infrastructure to support growing patron capacity and meet updated environmental compliance standards. Working within a live hospitality setting, our team carefully managed installation works to minimise disruption to the venue’s daily operations.

This project involved a full wastewater infrastructure upgrade for the iconic Parkerville Tavern. Our team delivered comprehensive civil, hydraulic, and electrical design services, ensuring the system met both environmental standards and operational demands.
Scope of works included:
-
Design and installation of a new sewer pump station
-
12KL Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU) installation
-
5000L grease arrestor installation
-
7000m² effluent disposal field construction
The upgrade delivered a modern, efficient, and fully compliant wastewater management system, reducing maintenance costs and providing long-term reliability for the venue’s ongoing operations.
